Mika These terms apply to your use of the Mika Football mobile app (the "App") and this website (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Mika Football provides football information: live scores, fixtures, results, tables, line-ups, statistics, transfers, news and related features. The Service is free to use and is supported by advertising. We may add, change or remove features at any time.
2. Using the Service
You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:
- copy, scrape, harvest or redistribute data or content from the Service by automated means, or build a competing service from it;
- interfere with the Service, its servers or its networks, try to gain unauthorised access, or get around any security or usage limits;
- reverse engineer or modify the App, except where the law allows it;
- use the Service in any way that breaks the law or the rights of others.
3. Information and accuracy
Scores, statistics and other match information come from third-party data providers and are provided for general information and entertainment. They may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or corrected after publication. Official results are those published by the relevant competition organiser. Don't rely on the Service for betting or other decisions where accuracy or timing is critical.
4. Advertising
The Service shows adverts, including adverts from Google AdMob. How advertising uses information is explained in our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the products or services that advertisers offer.
5. Notifications
If you turn on alerts, the App may send you push notifications about matches and teams you choose and occasional news about the App. You can turn them off at any time in the App or in your device settings. Notifications can occasionally be delayed or fail to arrive, so don't rely on them for time-critical purposes.
6. Third-party content and links
The Service may include or link to content from third parties, such as news articles and videos. That content is the responsibility of its owners and is subject to their terms. We don't endorse it and aren't responsible for it.
7. Intellectual property
The App, the website and their design, text, graphics and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. We give you a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from. Names and logos of leagues, clubs and other organisations belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. Mika Football is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any league, club, federation, player or broadcaster.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running smoothly but don't promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Some features may not be available in every country. We may suspend or stop the Service, or any part of it, at any time.
9. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of data, profits or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing in them affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Apple App Store
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for any claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If you keep using the Service after an update, the new terms apply to you.
